All Peoples Church, Bangalore (APC), is looking for faithful and able people who would like to become part of the ministry team at APC. These are full-time salaried positions with APC, Bangalore. We would like to fill the following 4 positions to begin with:

(1)Pastor - Member Care and Visitors Welcome
This is ideal for a husband-wife ministry couple who are passionate about caring and nurturing people, with strong counselling skills, and who are comfortable with ministry in the context of a local church. Responsibilities would include proactively contacting members regularly to ensure well-being, responding to emergencies/special needs, visiting people, making visitors feel welcome and enabling them to connect with the local church body, etc.

(2)Pastor - Cell Groups
This is ideal for a husband-wife ministry couple who understand the value of small groups (cell groups) in the process of discipleship. Prior involvement in cell groups in a local church context is essential. Responsibilities would include carrying and executing APC's vision of becoming a cell church, provide training for new and current cell group leaders, ongoing growth and expansion of the cell church model, etc.

(3)Pastor - Urban Evangelism
This is the role of a strategist combined with strong execution skills. This person will see the city as a whole, identify segments in the city, develop strategies to evangelise various segments, motivate and mobilize members of the local church to participate, and carry through the execution of these strategies. The end result will be the harvest of unsaved souls in the city.

(4)Pastor - Marriage & Family Counselling
This is ideal for a husband-wife ministry couple who have a passion to see God's plan for marriage established in the lives of His people. This couple will be involved in the entire spectrum of issues related to marriage and family, including pre-marital counseling, strengthening marriages, helping problem marriages, parenting (children & teens), senior citizens care, etc.
