Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living

God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.

Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

You can watch the video or download and listen to the audio. Almost all daily devotions end with a prayer. You can access these from this page as well as from the Home page of this website.

All our daily devotions are also available on our free church App for you to listen on your mobile device. Download our free church App from App or Google Play stores. Search for "All Peoples Church Bangalore".

Welcome once again friends and trust that you are experiencing God's favor in your life and in the circumstances. Keep trusting God and God will lead you, God will make a way. Today, I want to encourage us that divine connections come by the favor of God. I'm reminded of the life of Ruth, how Ruth was an outsider to the covenant but she was a faithful woman. She chose to trust in the God who she had experienced through Naomi and her family and she wanted to continue with this God. Look what God did in the life of Ruth, from being a person outside God's kingdom, God brought her to Boaz and then we read about the lineage of Jesus Christ and the name of Ruth is mentioned. What favor! What a great thing God has done for someone. God is able to connect us to the right people. The way God connected Ruth to Boaz, God can connect us with the people who will cause us to move in the direction of His purposes. Today, we might be striving in our own abilities and sometimes in the flesh even which displeases God, bas we are led of the Spirit of God, God will bring in these divine connections and these divine appointments in the right time. Let's keep our heart set on the Lord and continue to have faith in God. We read about the lives of so many people who were brought into these divine connections. David at the right time, he was recognized by Saul. When you read about the missionary journeys of Paul the apostle, you read how he came into contact with special people and he recognized, there was a Timothy that he partnered with, there was a Silas that he partnered with. God knew that he needed people as he went about doing the work of the ministry. Today friends, we could be trusting God for people in our lives, the right people in our workplace, maybe as an employer, you want the right employees, as a person who is serving in the work of God, you want people positioned in the ministry or maybe even as a single person, you are looking to find the right life partner. But God is a God who brings about divine connections and He does this through His favor. So, seek the favor of the Lord and at the right time God will connect us with the right people. Let's pray together, Heavenly Father, we thank you that you are above anyone else. Father and you are able to do unusual miracles. Father, we ask for divine connections with people in our lives. God thank you for causing that to happen, in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
