CATALYST COORDINATOR AND CATALYST STAFF
Catalyst—APC's school outreach Initiative is geared toward impacting young lives in schools across the city, to help them know their Creator and discipling them to have a personal relationship with Jesus.
The Catalyst Coordinator will lead the Catalyst program, manage and lead the Catalyst team comprising of Catalyst staff and Catalyst volunteers to serve students in schools across the city.
Key responsibilities of the Catalyst Coordinator will include: Initiate the Catalyst program in additional schools in Bangalore; Build, train and equip volunteer teams to run the program in schools in Bangalore.
The Catalyst Coordinator and Catalyst Staff must be able to: Effectively and creatively communicate Biblical truths to children; Disciple children in the ways of the Lord; Counsel children; Write Catalyst curriculum.
Essential skills for the Catalyst Coordinator and Catalyst Staff include: Have a heart to serve; Passionate to minister to children; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; Organized and self-Motivated; Willingness to consistently train and upgrade oneself on new modes of ministering to children.

EVENTS AND MISSIONS COORDINATOR
This person will handle the planning, scheduling, inviting speakers, all coordination and detailing of all APC Bangalore events (Weekend Schools, Conferences, Camps, Workshops, etc.) in Bangalore and all our Missions (interacting with pastors, details of events, program, travel and accommodation). Keep church website updated, keep promotions running on all channels to ensure participation, expand reach of weekend schools, conferences, etc. This person essentially manages our Calendar and all that happens. Someone who is an excellent people person, with very good spoken and written communication, attention to detail, good planning & organizing skills, and forward looking - must work 12-24 months in advance - will be best suited for this.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Oversee the growth of APC organizationally. Manage all operational aspects of all of APC Administration and ministries. Prefer someone with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

VIDEO EDITOR
Production of short video programs, within current format and other creative formats. Would involve recee, shoot, audio & video edit with tagging and uploading. Skills: Video Editing for Broadcast Safe Episodes, Audio editing, Videography, Photography, Set Design. Tools: Final Cut Pro X, Audacity, Kid3 (or Tag Editor), Canon Mac 5 (or Canon DSLR Camera), set lights, H4N Recorder and related equipment.

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Indesign.
  • Understanding of professional graphics design industry standards and best practices for print, digital and web media.
  • Understanding of graphics design features for responsive UI and mobile apps.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a good team person with ability to work as part of a creative team.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript APIs, not necessary, but a big plus.
  • Preparing artworks for print using industry standard guideline.

At APC you will be involved in creating graphics for APC's events promotions, publications and other digital content.

PUBLICATIONS TRANSLATOR (ENGLISH TO HINDI)
Translate APC publications into Hindi. Interact with printer, proof-read and work end-to-end till final version of books are printed.
